Admitted Attorney of the High Court and Conveyancer, January 1998. Admitted as Notary Public, January 1999

As the original Founder of our firm, Mr Botha has a wealth of experience as Attorney, Notary and Conveyancer. Mr Botha was the appointed conveyancer that attended to the conveyancing of number of major residential developments in the Gauteng area.

Mr Botha is currently studying his BSC degree in order to branch out into the field of Intellectual Property Law to specialize in registration of patents.

Jannie Coetzee

Jannie’s areas of expertise include general conveyancing tasks; bond registrations and cancellations; property development advice; and associated property transactions. He also oversees marketing and the day-to-day running of the practice.

Jannie also heads the very successful Property Litigation Department overseeing the matter from letter of demand stage to the granting of the final court order in favour of the client.
