Paul Moeketsi Tati is an admitted Attorney of the High Court (2013) with a strong background in corporate, mining, and medical malpractice law. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (UNISA, 2010), a Diploma in Personnel Management (IPM, 1992), and completed the Management Development Program at the Gordons Institute of Business Science (2000).
He has further obtained specialised certifications in Prospecting and Mining Law (Wits, 2014), Corporate Law (LEAD, 2015), Business Rescue (LEAD, 2016), and Medical Malpractice (LEAD, 2022).
With extensive experience across both legal practice and managerial fields, Mr Tati brings valuable insight and practical expertise to the firm.

Jannie’s areas of expertise include general conveyancing tasks; bond registrations and cancellations; property development advice; and associated property transactions. He also oversees marketing and the day-to-day running of the practice.
Jannie also heads the very successful Property Litigation Department overseeing the matter from letter of demand stage to the granting of the final court order in favour of the client.
